【緊急】天候不順による中間考査最終日延期のお知らせ

向暑の候、保護者父母等の皆さまにおかれましては益々ご清祥のこととお慶び申し上げます。また、日頃より本校の教育活動に深いご理解とご協力を賜り、心より御礼申し上げます。
さて、気象庁によりますと、今夜より明日5月29日(水)早朝にかけましては天候が荒れ模様で、線状降水帯の形成により、関東南部沿岸では断続的に激しい大雨・強風による影響が予想されております。これにより、アクアライン高速道やJR内房線・京葉線を始めとする交通網の大幅な乱れも考えられます。明日は第一学期中間考査の最終日でありますが、この天候不順により多数の生徒が影響を受け、遅刻や欠席により考査を受けられないという状況に立ち至る虞があります。
そこで、明日の中間試験のスケジュールは下記のごとく明後日、5月30日(木)に全てそのまま移動し、明日5月29日(水)は第1校時より第7校時まで「通常授業」と致します。どうぞご了承の程、よろしくお願いいたします。

注意：登校困難時の対応につきましては、現行の規定に準じます。天候不順であっても木更津発および姉崎発の通学バスは、原則として運行いたします。川崎発・横浜発および新浦安発の通学バスは、午前５時時点で東京湾アクアライン高速道が通行止めの場合、運休とします。（小学校便の場合は午前5時30分の時点での判断となります。）

下校バスは、
① １５：４０（木更津駅，川崎，横浜，浦安）
② １６：３０（木更津駅）
 を運行いたします。

Notice of Postponement of the Last Day of Mid-term Exam. Due to Inclement Weather

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all parents and guardians for your continued support and understanding of our school’s educational activities. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued understanding and cooperation in the educational activities of our school.

According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, the weather is expected to be stormy from tonight through the early morning of tomorrow, Wednesday, May 29, with intermittent heavy rain and strong winds along the southern Kanto coast due to the formation of a linear precipitation zone. As a result, there may be significant
disruptions to the transportation network, including the Aqualine Expressway and the JR Uchibo and Keiyo Lines. Tomorrow is the last day of the first semester midterm examinations, and many students may be affected by this
inclement weather, leading to situations where they are unable to take the examinations due to tardiness or absence.

Therefore, tomorrow’s midterm exam schedule will be moved to the day after tomorrow, Thursday, May 30, as follows, and tomorrow, Wednesday, May 29, we will have “regular classes” from the first to the seventh period. Thank you for your understanding.

May 29th (Wed) Last day of midterm exams → Regular classes (Wednesday timetable)
May 30th (Thu) Regular classes → Last day of midterm exams

Note: The current regulations will be applied in the event that students have difficulty coming to school. In principle, buses departing from JR Kisarazu & JR Anesaki will be operated even in bad weather. The buses departing from Kawasaki, Yokohama, and Shin-Urayasu will be cancelled if the Tokyo Bay Aqualine Expressway is closed at 5:00am. (In the case of elementary school buses, the decision will be made at 5:30am.) For more information, please refer to the “School Attendance Policy in the Event of Difficulties”.
